10~20 Times Faster Than Traditional Hand Ratchets
The innovative Power Speed Ratchet provides
10~20 times faster working speed when
tightening/loosening fasteners. Designed with a clutch mechanism, when the maximum torque is reached around 1Nm (0.74 ft-lb), a tactile vibration notifies the user to change over to manual mode for continued tightening or loosening of fasteners.
This allows for easy integration of both powered and manual modes, depending on the job at hand.
An advanced Lithium-ion rechargeable battery provides quick recharging (fullrecharge in just 45 minutes), and in power mode under full charge capacity can be used continuously for about 3 hours, for tightening approximately 900 fasteners. (Use 17mm hex nuts to tighten M10 x12mm screws.)
Power Speed Ratchet combines the high torque of a traditional hand ratchet with the faster working speed of motorized tools.
The battery is fully protected against overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, and over temperature.
An LED, positioned for high visibility in front of the power button, informs the user when the battery needs recharging, and also alerts of excessively hot or cold conditions.
Added safety is provided through a switch-actuated locking mechanism.
When the lock switch is in the forward position, the ratchet can be used in powered and manual modes. In the rear position, the start button is disabled, preventing unintentional rotation.
